The working schedule is Monday-Friday in US Eastern time zones.

Responsibilities
     – Lead the communication and project management of each account you work on;
     – Work cross-functionally within the company to delegate tasks to other departments (copywriters, designers, technicians, etc.);
     – Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs;
     – Manage all reporting regarding the health and success of customers’ accounts.

Qualifications
     – Previous account management, project management/coordination, or customer service experience;
     – Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role (Written and spoken English must be at a very high level);

As our Email Marketing Strategist, you will support the strategic management of all email marketing + SMS campaigns for a number of our clients, driving revenue and customer engagement for one of our key marketing channels. Ultimately the candidate will be responsible for their clients’ happiness, results, and lifetime value, as well as identifying additional opportunities within the account to grow their clients’ revenue.

On the day to day, this person manages a group of Project Managers, leads new client onboarding calls by providing strategy and vision and maintains relationships and strategic direction for the brands managed by their team. This role is ever-evolving and one that requires continual learning – especially as we expand our services over the coming year.

NOTE: 3-5+ year commitment preferred.

The position is contract-based and starting retainer is based on experience.

Responsibilities:
     – Working with eCommerce brand representatives to develop email & SMS strategy focussed on maximizing client results;
     – Measuring results and optimizing campaigns through A/B testing in order to improve open rate, deliverability, click rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns;
     – Carrying out segmentation of client email databases and developing and implementing marketing strategies;
     – Creating and maintaining client email marketing content calendars;
     – Maintaining and continuously developing understanding of email marketing best practices, and regulations;
     – Tracking and hosting monthly calls with clients to present the data from campaigns and automation results to clients;
     – Displaying a high level of confidence and communicating strategic recommendations in a confident, concise, and understandable manner;
     – Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth within the team and with the client accounts;
     – Leading daily huddles with the respective pod and holding monthly 1-1s with the team;
     – Evaluate individual and overall team performance + encourage growth and improvements. Deliver critical feedback where needed and encourage the team members throughout the duration of the project;
     – Handle client issues that arise by working with the Project Manager for a solution;
     – Identify threats and have solutions ready (client communication, team member fit, retention, etc.);
     – Identify new educational opportunities for Project Managers;
     – Attend bi-weekly Coffee Breaks to contribute to team spirit and company culture;
     – Go above and beyond to ensure clients are happy, while keeping in mind that Client Retention is your #1 priority;
     – Work with Head of Fulfillment and colleagues to research new strategy, share results, and optimize clients’ email marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
     – Previous Customer Success/ Email Strategy experience is essential;
     – Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal;
     – Exceptional attention to detail;
     – Excellent time management skills;
     – Strong analytical mindset;
     – Ability to lead a small team;

We are looking for creative Copywriters to write clear and concise copy for Email marketing flows and campaigns. Your words will inform and engage the target audiences and satisfy the voice of the product as well as client expectations.

The ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we’d like to meet you.

Type of contract: Freelance

Responsibilities
     – Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice;
     – Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements;
     – Collaborate with designers, Account managers and CSMs in email marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages);
     – Conduct high-quality research;
     – Edit and proofread copy as needed;

Requirements and skills      – Proven experience with Email Marketing copy (portfolio);
     – Knowledge of online content strategy and creation;
     – Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills;
     – Strong research skills;

Do you have experience creating graphics for marketing material? Maybe you’ve worked to create Facebook Ads, email graphics, eCommerce brand assets or something similar?

We’re looking for someone who can join our team FULL TIME.

Must be familiar with working with Illustrator and Photoshop and have the ability to be very creative and versatile (as you’ll need to work on many different brands).
